- 24 oz of Mama Lycha black beans
- 16 oz of Mama Lycha Guatemalan chorizo
sausage - 2 oz of smoked bacon
- 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, 1 jalapeño chili bell
pepper - Salt and pepper
- Start cooking the beans with one of the chopped onions and water.
- Chop the bacon and fry it in a frying pan. Use the same pan to fry the sliced chorizo.
- Chop the other onion, chili, cilantro and previously roasted tomato.
- Now add the beans with their broth and let them boil,
- Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.
This dish can be served with avocado or with cheese and croutons.
