1 cup Mama Lycha Precooked Rice
1 lb. Mama Lycha Hard Cheese
Half cup Mama Lycha Rice Flour
¼ cup Mama Lycha Bread Crumbs
1 tablespoon butter
1 chopped onion (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
800 ml of water
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 beaten eggs
Vegetable oil
Put butter, onion, salt, pepper and Mama Lycha rice in the pan. Then add the parsley and cheese, wait for the mixture to cool.
Form the croquettes with the mixture and leave a hole in the middle to fill them with cheese.
Dip the croquettes in flour, then in egg, bread crumbs and oil. Bake them in the oven for 15 minutes and they are ready.
It is important to follow the instructions to bread them correctly so that they are crunchy, that is, if you add the ground plan or the egg before the flour, the ingredients will not stick to the dough.
