Mama Lycha Sofrito style Tomato Sauce

2 liters of chicken broth
1/2 diced onion
1/2 cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons chipotle
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon powdered chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown the pasta in a pan with olive oil. Let them cook until they are golden.
In another pan, add the onion and the Mama Lycha garlic sauce. Then add the Sofrito Mama Lycha sauce, tomato paste, chicken broth and cumin.
Add the cooked noodles to the pot with the other ingredients and simmer on a low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Serve the soup in a bowl and garnish with cheese, El Amanecer Sour Cream, cilantro and you're done.
You can add a little chipotle to the mixture to give it a unique Mexican flavor.
