    • Mama Lycha Mango Plum

    • Condensed milk

    • 3 eggs

    • 1 cream cheese

    • 1 pie crust

    1. Peel the mangoes, removing the skin and seeds.

    2. In a blender, add the 3 eggs, the condensed milk, the cream cheese and finally the mango pulp. Mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture.

    3. Pour the mixture into a pre-made pie crust and bake in the oven at 350° for 25 minutes and it's ready.

When serving, you can decorate the pie with powdered sugar and add small pieces of mango.
