    • 1 can of Mama Lycha Nance 

    • 1 box cake flour

    • 1 cup of water 

    • 1/2 stick of butter

    • 3 eggs 

    • Whipped cream 

    • Mint leaves

    1. Pour the can of nance with its syrup into the blender at medium speed and puree it. Remove the seeds.

    2. In another bowl, mix the flour with water and then the nance puree.

    3. Add the butter and eggs, beat until smooth.

    4. Add the mixture to a baking pan, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. 

    5. You are now ready to serve it with whipped cream, mint leaves and, if you want, an additional nance.

When pouring the mixture into the pan, be sure to pour it all over to cover each end to avoid lumps and air bubbles so that it can cook evenly.
