1 Mama Lycha chocolate bar
1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt it by placing a pot of water on a pan of chocolate. This is called the "bain-marie" method.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Add only the yolks to the bowl of melted chocolate and stir well.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and thick.
Now you can put the two mixtures together in one bowl. Continue stirring until they are perfectly combined.
Take a pan of your choice, add a little butter and pour the mixture into the pan.
Bake in the oven at 35°F for about 15 minutes. Keep checking the soufflé to make sure it is cooked to perfection.
When serving, sprinkle a little sugar on top to decorate.
You can check that the soufflé is done by sticking a knife into the mixture. If the knife is covered with the mixture when you remove it, it still has a few minutes to cook.
