1 package of Mama Lycha Tequeños (cheese sticks)
Nata Venezolana Mama Lycha
Cilantro and parsley bunch
½ green bell pepper
½ avocado
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon vinegar
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Bake the tequeños in the AirFryer, frying pan or oven for 8 minutes.
To prepare the sauce, use Mama Lycha Venezuelan Sour Cream, cilantro, parsley, half an avocado, half a green bell pepper, chopped garlic clove and olive oil.
Blend with vinegar, salt and pepper.
Serve the tequeños with the sauce.
avocado is not part of the original Venezuelan Guasacaca sauce recipe, however, you can add it to give the sauce more consistency.
