Mama Lycha Soursop Fruit Pulp
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 packet of gelatin
1/4 cup water
Ground graham crackers
Strawberries for garnish
Hydrate the unflavored gelatin by placing it in warm water and stirring until it is fully dissolved.
In a separate bowl, combine the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and soursop pulp. Finally, add the dissolved gelatin. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
Make a bed of crushed graham crackers in a clear glass, then add a portion of the soursop mixture. Let it set in the refrigerator.
After one hour, garnish with strawberries and serve.
Before adding the soursop pulp to the mixture, ensure that it is at room temperature and not frozen.
