1 bag of Tejocote Mama Lycha
1 bag of Mama Lycha Guava
1 bag of Mama Lycha Sugar Cane
1 bag of Nanche Mama Lycha
4 Mama Lycha Panelas /Brown Sugar)
1 gallon of water
2 cinnamon sticks
Vanilla ice cream to taste
Heat 1 gallon of water in a large pot and add the bags of guava, nanche, tejocote and sugarcane.
Add 2 cinnamon sticks and boil for 10-15 minutes.
In a separate pot, prepare the honey by adding 4 panelas or piloncillos (brown sugar) for 10-15 minutes until it is completely melted.
Take the fruits and add them to the pot where you made the honey, stirring well until all the fruits are well covered with honey.
Serve the ice cream in a bowl and add the honey with the fruits.
It is not necessary to pour the fruits with their juice into the honey pot. You can drink the fruit juice as a delicious healthy tea.
