1 Mama Lycha Frying White Cheese
1 Mama Lycha Panela (brown sugar)
1 beaten egg
1 cup of wheat flour
1/2 cup of water
1/4 stick butter

Start by cutting the cheese into rectangles or cubes.
Pass each portion of cheese through the bowl of beaten egg, then through a bowl of flour.
Place each portion of cheese in a frying pan with previously heated oil to fry.
Pulverize the panela by cutting it into small pieces and then putting it through the blender until it is completely ground.
In a clean frying pan, add the ground panela with the butter and water to make the honey.
Serve the cheese and garnish with the sauce, almonds and raisins.
