Mama Lycha Frozen Plantain Leaves
Tilapia fillet
Green and red pepper julienne
White and red onion julienne
Sliced black olives
Lemon Slice
Salt and Pepper
Cut several pieces of aluminum foil slightly larger than the banana leaves.
Heat the plantain leaves for a few seconds and place one on each foil.
Place a tilapia fillet on the plantain leaf, along with green and red peppers, white and purple onions, olives, two slices of lemon, and finally season with salt and pepper.
Wrap the tilapia and the other ingredients in the plantain leaf and then wrap everything in the aluminum foil. Seal well.
Repeat the process with as many tilapia fillets as you want to cook. It is important that each one is wrapped in a different plantain leaf.
In a deep frying pan, add a little water and the tilapia. Cover the pan and let it cook for 20-25 minutes.
For perfect cooking, the pan must have a lid so that the steam stays in the pan and helps cook the tilapia.
