- 1 cup Mama Lycha black beans
- 1 cup Mama Lycha Mojo Criollo
- 6 pork chops with bone
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 avocado
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Use a large bowl to marinate the pork with the mojo criollo and refrigerate for one hour.
- Remove the chops from the marinade, but keep the rest of the marinade in the container.
- On the grill you should cook over medium-high heat for about 5 to 7 minutes the pork, on each side. Spread the marinade you set aside halfway through cooking.
- In a skillet heat the Mama Lycha beans.
- Cut the avocado into chunks and pour the lime juice over them.
- Everything is now ready to serve the chops with the beans and avocado.
The longer you keep the pork chops in the marinade, the more flavor you'll get.
