Start preparing the pasta. In a saucepan, add boiling water, a little olive oil, salt and pepper and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
To prepare the sauce, use a frying pan and add a little olive oil and butter. When the butter melts, add the mushrooms and shrimp and let them cook so that their flavors integrate.
Add the Mama Lycha cheese sauce to the pan and a little bit of Mama Lycha Salvadoran sour cream, this is how you get the pink color of the sauce.
Add some cooked pasta to the saucepan to mix and finish cooking.
