    • 1 cup Mama Lycha Jasmine Rice

    • Mama Lycha Garlic Sauce with Parsley

    • Tilapia Fillet

    • 2 cups of water

    • Minced garlic

    • Powdered chicken broth

    • Frozen vegetables

    • Tomato, onion, olives, cilantro and butter

    1. In a skillet add a little oil to fry a head of garlic, the frozen vegetables, 1 cup of Mama Lycha rice, 2 cups of water and a little of the chicken seasoning. Stir well and cook covered for 20 to 25 minutes over low heat.

    2. In another pan add the tilapia with olive oil, onion, tomato, olives, butter, lime, cilantro and wrap the preparation with aluminum foil. Let it cook over low heat for 15 minutes.

    3. When ready to serve, lay a bed of rice and top with the vegetable mixture and tilapia.

Add the pepper when the dish is already served to add an extra touch of flavor.
