Start by cooking the beans in a large pot with the water, garlic, salt and chicken broth.
In a frying pan, fry the bacon, then the onion and finally the meat.
To make the sauce, mix the tomatillo, cilantro, onion and more chicken broth with a little salt.
Now add the sauce to the meat and some chicken broth, mixing well.
Place some beans on the plate, followed by the meat in its juices, then add the bacon and onion.
Before serving, let the sauce mix with the meat for a few minutes to preserve its flavor.
