Rosca de Xela, Champurrada and Chiquiador Mama Lycha Cookies
1 Hot Chocolate Mama Lycha
1 Mama Lycha Panela (Brown Sugar)
1 liter of water
4 cups of whole milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 can of evaporated milk
4 cloves
Heat 1 liter of water in a saucepan. Add 1 panela, the chocolate pills and the cloves. Cook over low heat until the ingredients melt.
In a separate bowl, take 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and add 2 cups of milk.
When the chocolate and panela mixture has melted, remove the cloves with a strainer and add the milk and cornstarch mixture to the saucepan along with the can of evaporated milk.
Mix well until thick, between 5 and 7 minutes, and serve in your favorite bowl.
Now you can have your champurrado with Mama Lycha cookies.
It is important that when you mix the cornstarch with the milk, you add the milk in small amounts and stir the ingredients together so you don't get lumps.
