Mama Lycha Vanilla
4 cups water
1 can of evaporated milk
1 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Prepare the atole by mixing 2 cups of flour and 4 cups of water in a pot, stirring well until it has a homogeneous consistency.
Add 2 cups of evaporated milk, 1 tablespoon of vanilla, sugar and cinnamon powder. Heat for 20 minutes.
Serve with the cheesy corn rings and enjoy.
Stir constantly in the pot so that the atole has the perfect consistency, not too liquid, not too thick.
