Heat the green sauce in a pot, then add two packages of Yambas Mama Lucha. Mix them well into the sauce.
Fry the desired number of eggs in a frying pan.
When serving, first place a layer of the Yambas mixture in green sauce on the plate. Then, cover with a layer of crumbled artisanal cheese, Guatemalan Style Sour Cream, onion, and cilantro.
Finally, add the fried egg and avocado.
When frying the egg, leave it until the yolk is partially cooked so its flavor blends with the sauce.
