1 bag of Mama Lycha Loroco
Mamá Lycha Salvadorean Style Cheese
2 cups penne pasta
1/2 stick butter
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water with a little olive oil for about 10 minutes.
In a frying pan, prepare the sauce by adding the butter, garlic, heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir well and add some nutmeg.
In the same pan with the sauce, add some Loroco and continue to stir.
Finally, add some pasta and mix it with the sauce.
When serving, add some grated cheese and a little more Loroco for garnish.
Stir the pasta constantly in the pot so that it cooks perfectly.
