1 cup penne pasta
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 bay leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Cook the pasta with water, oil, salt, and pepper until al dente.
In a pan, cook the chorizo, seasoning it with salt and pepper until it’s browned. Add the garlic and pure loroco to the pan.
To make the sauce, take 2 packets of Mamá Lycha tomato sauce and add them to the pan with the chorizo. Add El Amanecer cream to taste, along with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix everything well.
Add the pasta to the pan and mix thoroughly so it combines with the chorizo and sauce flavors.
You’re now ready to serve and garnish with cheese.
