1 bag of Mama Lycha Olominas (Dried Anchovy)
Mama Lycha Black Refried Beans
Corn Tortillas
Chopped mixed cabbage
Pico de Gallo
Lemon Slice
Fry the olominas in a previously heated skillet.
In another skillet, heat the Mama Lycha black beans over low heat.
Place the tortillas on a plate and top with a layer of beans, cabbage, and finally the olominas.
Garnish the tacos with pico de gallo and lime juice.
Try not to have too much of the bean layer on each tortilla so as not to overpower the flavor of the olominas.
