Macaroni pasta
1/4 bar of Velveeta cheese
2 cups milk
1/4 stick butter
3 tablespoons wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika
Cook the macaroni in a pot of hot water.
In another pot, melt the butter, then mix in the flour. Add milk and smoked paprika.
When the mixture is smooth and thick, add the Velveeta cheese bar, cut into small pieces, and cook over low heat until the mixture has the consistency of thick cream.
Add the pasta to the pot and stir it with the cheese sauce.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, then cover it with a layer of breadcrumbs mixed with olive oil.
Bake for 10 minutes and serve in desired portions.
The pasta should be cooked al dente, which means it should be slightly firm. This allows it to finish cooking with the other ingredients.
