    • 1 box of Mama Lycha Chao Mein

    • 3 tablespoons Mama Lycha Soy Sauce

    • 1 tablespoon garlic

    • 1/4 julienne sliced onion

    • 1/2 green morron julienne pepper

    • 1/2 red morron pepper julienne

    • 1/4 red onion julienne

    • 1 lb ground beef

    1. Place the Chao Mein Mama Lycha in a pot with previously heated water and cook for about 10-15 minutes.

    2. Meanwhile, in a frying pan, add some olive oil, garlic and onion. Add the julienned vegetables.

    3. Add one of the Chao Mein Mama Lycha spice sachets to the pan and stir continuously.

    4. When all the ingredients are mixed in the pan, add the meat with a little soy sauce.

    5. Serve the noodles on the plate first, followed by some of the meat with vegetables. You can garnish with green onion.

When serving, add a little soy sauce to the noodles and stir well.
