1/2 bag of Mama Lycha Refried Black Beans.
1/2 bag Mama Lycha Salvadorean Style Sour Cream
2 cups guacamole
2 cups Pico de Gallo
2 cups mixed cheese, shredded
1 cup olives
1 cup elote
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
In a large, clear bowl, place the beans as a base for the dip. Use a spoon to press the beans down so they are even.
Add a layer of guacamole, followed by a layer of Salvadoran-style sour cream. Continue to use the spoon to shape the layers.
Add pico de gallo to taste, then you can add another layer of cheese.
Add the black olives and then some corn.
Use some cilantro to garnish.
This is a cold recipe, so you don't need to reheat the beans. You can serve the dip with Mama Lycha plantain slices.
