Pupusas in various flavors
El Salvador’s national and most popular dish. Stuffed corn tortilla with cheese and many other fillings such as ground pork, refried red beans, loroco (flower buds from Central America used as a herb in cooking), jalapeno, or ground chicken. Most commonly eaten with Mama Lycha Curitdo, pickled cabbage on top to give it that incredible taste. Our pupusas provide the ultimate convenience - just take them out of the freezer, without thawing, place them straight onto a frying pan and brown slightly on both sides for a few minutes and the taste tastes as fresh as when you eat them at a restaurant.
